Next Year's Anime Convention

I vote for Anime Weekend Atlanta (http://www.awa-con.com/index.php?page=home). The hotel is booked already, but there is one a mile away that isn't bad at all. Its September 30th-October 2nd (http://animecons.com/events/info.shtml/2310).What do you guys think?

Looks cool, but I didn't read much. I will save money and go wherever you all do.

Ok, so it looks like so far everyone has decided upon "A and G con" in Cincinatti, March 18th-20th.

The hotel is Holiday Inn Eastgate, and it looks pretty awesome, and supposedly there is a mall nearby (Eastgate Mall, on the same street as the hotel). Looks like there are some nice food options, along with the in-hotel restaurant. There is also a Borders, Auntie Anne's Pretzels, a Krogers, a Dollar Tree, and various other convenient stuffs (in and around the mall).

Registration before March 1st is $26.61 ($25 + a fee), $35 at door (doesn't say there is a fee...). I'll be supplying us with two double bed hotel rooms, so just bring enough cash for food and what-nots along with registration.

If you can't make it, you can still reap the benefits this summer. I'll order some Wizzywig snacks and we can watch some anime box sets that I purchase there. Jon is moving back to Gray too, so we might see him more too and make it a big get-together thing.

I can miss school but I get off at 3, so if it is only a 3 hour drive I can try. It would be awesome if someone could pick me up or meet me a little closer to my house. Does anyone see this as possible? I hate to ask but I can't miss anymore school or I fail.

I think that might be tough to do, its about 3 hours and 27 minutes away (according to google maps from Cincinatti to Perrysburg), you're way up there by Michigan. I might plan to go to another one in the fall, I dunno. Worst comes to worst, I can get you a model too, I'm 90% sure they'll have them.

I was thinking more of meeting my a little ways up, but I get it if that is asking to much. I'll keep trying my parents...

Ok, just giving everyone a heads up that I reserved the hotel next to the holiday inn, The Fairfield Eastgate, seeing as the Holiday Inn only had one room left XD. The hotel is about 15ft from the other one anyway, so perhaps it will be less crowded and "con-ish" as well. We have two double queen rooms, possibly adjoining.
